BEREAVEMENT/SURVIVING SPOUSES

Provide support to those recently affected by loss of a loved one, or who has recently who have lost their spouse to encourage continued involvement within the church family. We care about you and are here for you to assist you with your needs now, and in the years to come.

BREAD MINISTRY

This is a deacon help ministry where volunteers bake bread or other goodies and deliver to recent visitors to our church.  It is simply a way of acknowledging their visit in a warm (loaf of bread) way.  If you would like to volunteer to bake bread and /or make deliveries (about once a month). Contact Oscar Barnhardt.

CRISIS TEAM

Provide support for members who experience a crisis or trauma such as a home, car, or other accidents, marital or family problems, job loss, etc. We care about you. You are not alone in this crisis. We want God's love to be present with you through us.

HOSPITAL, SHUT-IN, & INACTIVE MEMBERS VISITATION

Make visits to those in area hospitals and nursing homes, and those unable to attend church due to health or other reasons. We want to keep in touch and encourage inactive members. We care about your physical, emotional, and spiritual health.

LOVE IN ACTION

Assist those unable to do routine but necessary chores by referring them to appropriately skilled and willing church members, or other resources. Could also include providing for those unable to drive to church, medical appointments, etc. We are here to serve you.

PRAYER

Meet on a regular basis to provide concentrated intercessory prayer for those church members, or others, having special health, financial, family, or other needs. All things to God in prayer.
