The Daniel Fast is a popular method used by many around the world to gain spiritual discipline in prayer and fasting. Based on scriptures, the Daniel Fast includes the consumption of only fruits, vegetables, and water. Additionally no sweeteners, no breads, no artificial or processed foods, nor chemicals are allowed. The following foods are allowed to be eaten during the Daniel Fast.
